I am a Barre Teacher, Yoga Instructor and Menopause Coach. My passion is helping women learn how to THRIVE - rather than just survive - in their midlife years and beyond.
I offer barre and yoga classes in person, online and on demand as well as menopause wellness group coaching programmes.
I work in person at The Stable Wellness, my small holistic studio, based in the countryshire in Wiltshire, UK: www.thestablewellness.com.
My individual and group coaching programmes run online in the vast majority of cases although I do run monthly workshops in person.
In addition to my other qualifications, I also have Diplomas in Anxiety Awareness and Mindfulness Support. This complements my work in empowering women at midlife and beyond to achieve a more positive life balance.
