Groups of 2-8 women online or in-person
I want to reach as many people as possible and I understand that sometimes finances mean that you may not be able to invest in the 1-1 coaching.  If that is you then maybe group coaching is for you. Why not grab a group of friends and book a totally unique coaching programme where you can bond together over shared symptoms and gain a greater understanding of how you can improve them?!  Talking and sharing is one of the ways in which you can process the changes that you are experiencing and I have seen time and time again how much comfort women take from sharing and supporting each other at this time in their lives.  I run these workshops for groups of 2-8 women and the price is £379 per person for the 8 weeks.
